Please note we cannot offer refunds for personalised gifts, if there is an issue with your order please contact us via phone 0333 050 2140 or email support@rocketgifts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will ensure this is rectified for you as quickly as possible.

For non-personalised gifts, if you wish to return the goods for a refund or exchange please contact us via email support@rocketgifts.co.uk  within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Items should be returned in the same condition they were received. Please note we recommend returning the goods via a tracked delivery service and would advise you to keep hold of any receipts until we have confirmed that the goods have been received by us. 

Once we have received the returned goods it can take a further 14 days to process the refund, however we will aim to process the refund as quickly as possible.

For exchanges, we will aim to send the replacement item within 7 working days.

If you receive a faulty item please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
